The manufacturer recommends the Kids Vegetable Trolley from age 2, and the Medical, Cleaning and Tools sets from age 3. Those are the manufacturer's recommendations and we publish them as they are. We do not add an age range of our own, and every set contains small pieces, so keep an eye on younger children playing alongside.

The Medical set has 28+ pieces including a stethoscope, thermometer, ECG monitor and medicine bottles. The Cleaning set has 20+ pieces including a broom, mop, dustpan, sprayer and caution sign. For the Vegetable trolley (toy fruit, vegetables, cookies and eggs) and the Tools set (toolbox, drill, hammer, wrench and screws) the manufacturer does not state a piece count, so we do not print one: an estimate on a page like this would just be a guess with a decimal point.

In centimetres: Vegetable 48 cm tall × 42 cm wide, 1.4 kg. Medical 53 cm tall × 46.5 cm wide, extending to 115 cm, 1.8 kg. Cleaning 75 cm tall × 33 cm wide, 1.8 kg (the tallest one, on the smallest floor footprint). The Tools set is 1.4 kg and its height and width are being re-measured; the figures we hold look wrong for a folding 2-in-1, so we have taken them down rather than publish a number we do not trust. Call us and we will measure it while you are on the line.

We have not confirmed the assembly steps with the manufacturer, so we are not going to guess in either direction. We do not hold a material specification or any safety-test documentation we could show you, so we will not make a materials claim or a safety claim on this page. What we can tell you is what is printed on the box: ask us and we will read it to you. When we have real certification in hand, we will publish it here with the certificate number, not with a badge icon.

The manufacturer has not given us cleaning instructions, so anything we told you here would be our guess rather than their advice, and we would rather not guess about something that ends up in a child's hands. Follow whatever is printed on the packaging, and if there is nothing printed, call us and we will check the box we have here.

We dispatch in 1–2 working days and delivery takes 2–5 working days, inside Saudi Arabia only. Delivery is SAR 15, and free on orders of SAR 200 and above. Prices include VAT. We cannot guarantee a specific date, so if this is for a birthday or Eid, please order with room to spare.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original box. Worth saying plainly: once the box has been opened and the trolley played with, the return window has closed. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days, and delivery charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged. If you are buying ahead for a gift, the 7 days run from delivery, not from the day it is unwrapped.

Call +966 53 914 3674 or email support@alamalmarah.com within the 7-day window and we will sort it out with you. When an item arrives damaged, the delivery charge is refunded too. That is the one case where it is.

The checkout page shows you every method available on your order before you pay. We have deliberately not listed them here, because we will not name a payment method until we have verified it is switched on, and a payment logo on a shop page that turns out not to work at checkout is exactly the kind of small lie we are trying to keep off this site.
